Wow! I attended Infinite Light Center's first Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Experience. It was beyond all expectations. The Yin Yoga with Sue Whitmarsh was excellent, as always. The sound, beautifully provided by Anne Taylor & Rick Nichols, added a truly incredible addition to the whole experience. The building itself, a converted church, distributes the sound in such a way as to only add to the experience, never interfering. Thank you, Sue, Anne & Rick.

The space is gorgeous, peaceful, and has a very special atmosphere (a beautiful, old church building), which is perfectly suited for sound healing and yoga there. I have taken a few of Sue’s “Balancing Slow Flow” classes there so far. This particular class is just challenging enough, but not too much. I enjoy and appreciate Sue’s teaching style, as she makes it accessible for all. She definately knows her stuff, and knows what she’s doing. She’s an excellent teacher. Come to a class at this wonderful gem of a studio. You’ll be glad you did.

The Infinite Light Center, Yoga & Sound Sanctuary is a wonderful and welcoming place to gather, host events, and attend events. As a sound therapy practitioner, I couldn't dream of a better place to play. I have also been a participant in many events including yoga, ecstatic dance, gong school, sound healing sessions and more. I have loved every one of them. The owners are amazing!

Sue Whitmarsh has moved her yoga practice here, and the building, a former church, is perfectly suited to contemplation and this new work. The stained class and soaring ceiling brings peace to your practice.

I've just started doing chair yoga on zoom. I feel more energetic and can tell my balance is improving. I plan on keeping at it and adding the Yin Yoga class when I'm able.
