The YMCA swim program for toddlers is absolutely fantastic! My 2-year-old has been thriving in this environment, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care go into the program. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The instructors are truly the heart of the program—they’re informative, friendly, and approachable. They do an amazing job of making the kids feel at ease while also teaching them valuable skills in a fun and engaging way. I’ve been so impressed with how they balance safety and fun, ensuring that every child feels confident in the water while learning foundational swimming techniques. My child looks forward to swim class every week, and as a parent, it’s wonderful to see them enjoying the experience and progressing so quickly. I highly recommend the YMCA swim program to any parent looking for a welcoming, high-quality introduction to swimming for their little ones!

It has a great range of classes, equipment and facilities, but not enough for the membership. I canceled my membership and they keep charging me the monthly fee. have been calling for the last month for a refund of two months and the membership person has not called me back.

This gym needs to change, there is no parking, there is way too many people, ladies at the front desk make you wait to scan every single time knowing we come here every single day. Little kids taking up treadmills & areas there not prohibited in. Customer service is absolutely horrible

Parking is horrible as people don’t park between the lines which causes for free spots to be unable to be used. You have to wait 10 -15 minutes for treadmills to open up or even weight machines as it’s so packed.

Communication with this establishment is almost impossible. No one answers the phone. No one answers emails. I've been trying to contact them for over a month. I'm not physically capable of going to the Y so i'm relaying on their costumer service which has been frustrating to get in contact with. Especially since i'm still paying monthly for a service i cannot use. Some YMCA's let you cancel memberships online but this one doesn't so take that in mind when you sign up.
