I can’t say enough positive things about this gym and Lori! Curvy classes are so welcoming and accessible for all levels, while pushing me to be the best I can be. This gym is a community of friendly and supportive people. Especially as a curvy, don’t let the word “CrossFit” intimidate you - this gym is for you!

I took my first Curvy Girl Boot Camp class over 2 years ago and have not looked back. I now participate in weightlifting, endurance classes, even a strength, core and balance class. CFE Burlington also offers a nutrition program that helps with overall health and not just pounds. All the coaches are great and work with each member to help with their individual goals. I love my gym family and CFE Burlington has become my home away from home. What a great environment Coach Lori has created for her coaches and members. .

My home gym for the last 6 years+. It is my home away from home. The coaches are excellent and knowledgeable. They work with athletes of all skill levels and help them move forward in their fitness journey. The gym itself is super spacious with quality equipment at hand. The atmosphere here is not intimidating at all and all the athletes that come here can vouch for that. The Crossfit Exclamation community is just awesome!

CFE was very welcoming, and easy to get acclimated to. The trainers and owner are exceptionally dedicated to their clientele and make the process for beginners like myself, stress free. I've only been going for 1 months so far, but have learned a lot, and am enjoying it thus far. They are also one of the more reasonably priced gyms in the area. They communicate well via email or text to keep unlimited members updated on classes, competitions, etc. If you are looking into CrossFit this is a great place to start.

Great gym, owner and staff with a variety of classes for all ability levels. The owner has created a great community that welcomes everyone. I've been going there for about a year and a half and plan to be there for a long time! Thank you the owner and coaches!
