Patient, caring, and detailed instruction for young kids new to the sport. Michelle and her sister are wonderful as are the younger instructors who demonstrate. Guide, and inspire. Our five-year-old daughter loves the facility!

Michelle and her staff are so knowledgeable and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained.I would highly recommend this gym.
