I took an intro session back in September and immediately signed up for the unlimited membership. Anastasia is absolutely phenomenal! I finally found a work out and instructor that works for me. The location is convenient, I feel challenged and motivated to push myself to the next level. You have a member for life!

Acacia was so sweet and knowledgeable in the intro course! Was nervous going in as it was my first time and it was educational and easy on the newcomers. I’ll definitely be coming back

I love how Acacia explains the warm ups, footwork & all exercises as she incorporates a multi-sensory approach. I always feel like I get a great workout, while @ the same time challenging me in terms of performing more advanced movements. Excellent job, Acacia!👌

Took a free intro class whereas I always wanted to try Pilates. Instructor was good and I really enjoyed the class. So whats the problem? The cost! It is super expensive! I know the teachers have a lot of training, etc., but wow!! I think they said it was $35 to do a single drop in class. So called "Specials" costing approximately $130 for 4 classes! I will admit, I think Pilates is absolutely wonderful, but who can maintain that cost? Maybe some, not me. To top it off, if you go online and look at the schedules (which I highly suggest you do before joining) most of the classes are booked days in advance. So, what if you have to use your visits within a certain amount of time and then you can't get into a class? Guess who loses their money. Not them! It's just too bad.

Acacia is an amazing instructor. The exo chair class is my favorite. She always offers progressions which I love. Very enthusiastic and encouraging
