I’ve been with planet fitness for over three years. The staff is great!! There willing to go above and beyond to help the clients. There always happy and.goofy. The new staff that just started, I’m sad to say they work like robots. Great place & convenient to get too.

Where is the endless rope pull that every other PF (I’ve been to 10 or so) has (on the yellow 360 setup? I’ve been asking for a few years and they can’t seem to get one..literally every other PF I’ve gone to (in MA, AZ, NJ and MS) has it… Otherwise the gym is generally decent and always clean. Get this…..

I love this location! I come in 1/2 times a week to tan and everyone is always SO AMAZINGLY friendly and cool. every time I tan, it is always a clean environment and there is always a trash and paper towels. I also always get to use the tanning lotion for free. If you ask for it, they will give it to you. I always have meaningful conversation with every one of them. I don’t know where they get their staff, but they are all angels.

Love this gym! The staff are so kind and pleasant. My husband and I cannot imagine belonging to another location or gym as there is a vast variety of equipment and the staff are so helpful and professional.

I still can't believe you only pay $10,00 to be a member in a place that is so we'll cared for like this. And it's always been. Nice work guys.
