Jana is a wonderful instructor, offering a great balance of knowledge, skilled guidance and inspiration while offering us individualized attention. I leave the studio feeling uplifted and energized every time I attend her classes. She brings a smile to my face. Karin H is also a top notch teacher with a great approach to discipline and dedication. She cares very much about my safety in class. A very caring studio with a great staff!

Heidi, Jana, Annika, Kelley, Karin, Kylie, Amy and Julianna are all wonderful! Each class is truly different with something new and always a great workout. They have a strict late arrival/last minute cancellation policy so careful when booking classes.

The intro class was great! The instructor explained moves so clearly and the level of effort was moderate, which is perfect for beginners. The place is new and looks clean!

To start, I just want to say the instructors are fantastic and classes were amazing and I always left a class feeling good! That said, customer service was not on that level, especially when it came to canceling/pausing my membership There’s an extreme disconnect between their system and the reps, I’ve never been to a place where the system is so out of the customer service reps hands. With school and work it often became hard to go, so l usually just paused and later canceled my membership— nothing to do with the classes or instructors. In the beginning of the year I paused my membership due to a hectic schedule and, off the bat, I ran into some issues in terms of being charged extra (I paused the day I paid for the month, so I was told it would count towards the month I started up again). When I started again in April, I was charged for that month when it was stated I wouldn’t need to. After reaching out it was eventually resolved and I was told it was the system, my already paid month was then counted for May. I had gotten to the point that I’d wanted to cancel for July. However, since I paused for the month of June, their policy stated I had to attend for at least 1 more month, as you can’t cancel after you take a pause (weird, right?) Despite having this conversation of pausing for June, I was then charged for it, in addition to the pause. A bit confused at this point, I reach out to customer service. They apologize, then tell me that the accidental charge will be rolled over for July (apparently a system override?), that I would then be able to attend July, and my membership would be canceled for August. However, come July, I can’t sign up for anything, and not only am I confused once again, but becoming increasingly frustrated. I’m being told one thing, but the system is apparently doing something completely different and it’s supposedly out of the customer service reps hands. I reach out once again, wanting some clarification, and am told that the system has once again done its own thing and overrode my pause for June, canceling it instead. I apparently was supposed to go in June but no one told me there was a system override. In retrospect, why wasn’t this caught when i was discussing it with them— can’t they see my account status when looking me up? It’s all a bit confusing and am just left with more questions. At this point, I’m expecting the mistake to be rectified, solutions to be offered, but am instead met with a “There’s nothing I can do.” So as a result, they’ve told me I just have to eat the cost of paying for a month In the end, I didn't get a refund or be allowed to take classes for month and am down $200+. I wanted to share just so people would be aware and take extra caution when pausing and cancelling their membership. I was extremely frustrated that even after all this (I get that mistakes happen, and I that I could have also paid more attention and asked more questions) there were no solutions presented and all I had were “I’m sorry”s that didn’t help me in the end. Overall just extremely disappointed with the whole thing. I wonder how many times this has happened to other people… Update: As a response to your comment (because it doesn’t allow me to reply below you), it seems you misunderstood what I said… I acknowledged the first time that I requested to pause my account and there was an issue it was resolved, but my problem lies with the time that it was not resolved— which was the point of the lengthy review. I did not request my membership be paused 5 times and 1 of those 5 times was messed up. In fact, I paused it once (Jan-March) and then requested again in June. The insane amount of errors and misunderstanding on your end is what led to my continuous requests for the month of June. And after all that I didn’t even get the requested pause! And regarding your comment on the 30 day policy, I’m well aware and had spoken to a rep to organize it so that I may attend for the month of July; but something was messed up along the way, I was not informed and had no solutions provided.
