Out of all the gyms I’ve attended, this LA Fitness in particular has excelled in selecting the right individuals for an effectively efficient and welcoming environment for members, and workers alike. Their phenomenal staff at the front desk, to their sales team, sets them apart from other gyms. And let’s not forget to mention the pristine quality of everything from the gym itself to the service. 5 stars is more than deserved.

Valentina was able to help me out and get started with a membership. She was extremely helpful and walked me through everything clearly. Super friendly and showed excitement and passion for what she does. I would not hesitate if you are looking for a membership with a great gym

This is the best gym hands down! Valentina the gm at the Natick location showed me the ropes and she actually took an interest in my goals. We filled out this sheet in which she made me feel and realize this is more than a gym but a place that encourages and supports their new members by helping me create a plan and show me how to use the machines!!! I love this place and the team in Natick

The only reason I did not leave this gym is because a few of my friends are still there. The men’s room is completely a disaster, and paper all over the floor. Toilets 🤮🤢 💩💩 , showers with spiderweb, no soap, no toilet paper, no hand sanitizer. I’m really sure the CEO has not clue of this mess. Coaches are doing nothing they’re very unprofessional, they have not respect for us and try to clean or put the weight on place. I will call Natick health department soon and maybe they can do something about it. Or at least fee them !

Valentina is the best hands down, motivated me and made me feel at home. I have never had an experience with such an amazing person and team. LA fitness in Natick is outstanding I love this place!
