Sarah (Manager) and her team of coaches and desk staff at the Natick location are really outstanding. The coaches are energized and so helpful! The staff have gone out of their way to provide an excellent experience. TEN STARS! Thank you Natick Orange!

Orange theory is simply the best workout experience I’ve ever had. I used to not care about my weight or health due to mental health just being horrible and bad experiences with coaches. Thanks to orange theory and the amazing coaches I do care about my health now. They helped me to harness exercises that I thought were impossible. Much love to orange theory Natick. Simply the best workout possible

This my favorite place for what I have coined Happy HIIT! The coaches are absolutely amazing and push you to be your best self. They have fun, the music is always amazing, and you feel like you have real support throughout your fitness journey. They celebrate everything with you from a new PR to your birthday. Coach Jam is absolutely the best! He is super upbeat and challenges you. And Coach Nikki's daily mantras are forever in my brain. Easily the best place to feel accomplished and supported in your health journey.

I love orange theory! Especially this location. Very welcoming group and it’s a quick in and out workout. My favorite coach is Jam, I love his energy. However all the other coaches are amazing also! Coach Lisa- she was the one who actually inspired me to sign up and pick orange theory. She made my first class easy and enjoyable. Both coaches Sarah are also amazing! If you haven’t tried orange theory I encourage you to at least try one free class!

I joined OTF Natick back in November last year. I started with a free trial class and definitely my first class was very challenging and Coach Marissa was able to help me out in my first class. I initially took the elite package ( 8 classes per month ) with the aim of taking up two classes per week as I had a gym membership at another gym as well. I went for a couple of months and I really started enjoying the classes. I always felt all the coaches kept motivating me to keep pushing and I kept improving in every class. Once I was done with around 16 classes I thought of upgrading to the Unlimited classes package with the aim of going to at least three classes per week but I ended up going for at least five classes a week. I never thought I would be able to come this far when I started otf. The classes are planned in such a way that you never get bored and you are always challenged to give your best. Many a times I come to the class thinking I should take it light but the moment the class starts I feel motivated. So far I had attended all the classes like 2g, 3g, lift 45 and every class is so unique and helps you to focus on cardio as well as strength training. Currently I am doing the transformation challenge and I make it a point to stay consistent and I feel otf has really improved my endurance and strength in general and keeps me active throughout the day. Special mention to my coaches Sarah, Nikki, Marissa, Jam each and everyone is amazing and sometimes I feel it’s more like a dance class than a workout class . Our studio manager Nicole as well as the folks in the front desk are so welcoming. I definitely recommend otf Natick to anyone who wants to add a healthy and a fun fitness journey into their daily routine.
