It is as simple place as it gets if you are looking after equipment , but! coaches are a fire! and the atmosphere of fellowship is awesome! great great place to go to

Awesome place to learn martial arts from someone who teaches practical real martial arts, not sport karate nonsense. The boxing program is top notch and the best around.
