Great place Eddie is a great dude and really cares about the youth he trains and very reasonably-priced and Honest...So glad we were recommended to go here wish I had known years ago

Good place where they train you in a personalized way and there is a room where your child can play or watch TV while you train.

Great place to get old school lifting! Also up to date training programs. Great staff! Would recommend to friends and family!
