I have received the best personal training from J’s Next Level Fitness. Annia was my personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. I felt very comfortable with her from my first day. She helped me reached my personal goals. My confidence increased throughout my time with her. I highly recommend to anyone to go to J’s Next Level Fitness for personal training. I wish I knew about them earlier.

I’ve been going to J’s Next Level for a year plus and there are two things I love about this gym — Jay and Annia! They are excellent trainers and have created an environment where I feel perfectly comfortable working out and working it out! 😉. Zero body shaming, no judgment , just working out and having fun! They are very knowledgeable and are quick to impart all that they know to help you reach your goals. They are helping me change my life and I absolutely love it!!

I really enjoyed J’s Next Level Fitness. Annia and J are very educated and passionate when it comes to health and fitness. They truly care about helping you not only achieve your goals, but also move and live better, and they can work with anybody of all ages. Hands down the best gym in the area.

Jays Next Level Fitness is a great place for individualized weight training and nutrition help. I have been training with Annia for about 6-8 months and am getting stronger each week. She is very knowledgeable regarding weight training and nutrition, and is always pleasant to train with. I would highly recommend Annia for weight training!

I’ve been going to J’s Gym for years now and am very happy with my training. The trainers there are very knowledgeable and professional. I truly look forward to my sessions each week! I get one on one training based on my level of fitness and received meal plans based on my individual needs and goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in learning proper weight training and reaching their athletic and desired health goals!
