I've dropped in here a couple of times now for BJJ and I would highly recommend this gym to both competitive minded practitioners as well as people new to martial arts. The owners and instructors are all very knowledge but more importantly down to Earth people who have fostered a great environment for learning and training.

I started training in Brazilian jiu jitsu when I turned 50, right before the pandemic. It's been a life altering experience! Both of my kids (6 & 4) now train as well. The coaches are super supportive and knowledgeable. Everyone, coaches and training partners, have been awesome companions on this journey. I highly recommend this school, and what it offers, to anyone of any age.

All the five star reviews here perfectly showcase how great this place is. If you’ve been there, you know what I’m talking about. Trained muay thai there for about 6 months while I was in the area and met so many friendly people and great athletes. Coaches are phenomenal and give you a great workout every time. Whether you’re into BJJ, muay thai, boxing, judo, MMA, etc there’s something for you at any level. Highly recommend!

I've been taking jiu-jitsu classes here for the past four months and loving it! I first joined Coach Jen's twice-weekly women's classes which was a great way to get started in a non-threatening supportive environment. After the first month, I was hooked! I tripled my number of classes per week and branched out into co-ed classes. I've taken Coach Jen's classes (both women's and co-ed plus an 80+ person women's jiu-jitsu meetup one weekend!), classes with Coach Dave and Coach Jay, and also really enjoyed Coach Lamonte's bjj self-defense classes for their real-world application. Everyone here is so supportive; when taking classes the higher belts will patiently help me learn the moves, and during open mats they will go just beyond my ability to help me learn defenses and explain missed opportunities rather than just smashing me due to being stronger or more experienced. I am learning so much each week and can't wait to keep taking classes!
