Aerial Arts/Hammock Review: I am a big girl and have wanted to pursue the aerial arts for a few years. I finally took the plunge and enrolled in the closest studio near me - Flying Buddha Studio. I love how hands-on Sarah is. She's also the studio owner and teaches classes as well. I'm currently taking the 4-week Aerial Arts Foundation class. This is my 3rd session and my strength has improved. It's always a plus that Sarah is always ready to help and support while on the hammock.

I love this studio! Very inclusive, they have something for everyone! I fell in love with pole, aerial yoga & yoga wall! Sarah is an amazing teacher & is super accommodating to beginners, different ages & for different bodies. I always feel seen & heard in her classes. Highly recommend!

I purchased the aerial yoga foundations workshop plus two additional classes as an anniversary present for me and my husband. Sarah was absolutely amazing as our instructor for foundations: she was informative, reassuring, meticulous, and joyful. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to do some of the movements (I don't do yoga), but she explained everything so clearly that I was able to not only try each movement but also genuinely enjoy it. We can't wait to go back for our next classes!

If you are like me and never ever thought you’d see yourself in a hammock in a studio trying something new, come to Flying Buddha. Sarah was my teacher for the aerial foundations course and I wasn’t expecting it to be as challenging as it was. I mean. Come on, it’s a hammock. I got my workout in a very low stress and affirming environment. I’ve been trying new things and Sarah’s techniques, patience, guidance and teachers Herat create a welcoming environment to stiff newbies like me.
