Looks like new management is doing a much better job. The place is cleaner and less broken machines. Customer service has improved a lot.

Small space Rusty machines there! I'm sorry but rust on eleptical trainers and bikes and also tredmills is so disgusting. So many broken machines. And " body work plus abs" class with Mireille was so bad and unprofessional and could cause severe injury! I Don't like this gym at all . Totall waste of money

Don't come here. It's a complete rip off. They're the most expensive gym in the area, yet have the worst hours, worst equipment, and the salesmen constantly badger you. Don't bother with a free trial either. They won't let you in unless a salesman is available to try to sell you s*** and restrict your hours. They of course never inform you of this, so you waste your time driving over to a sales pitch, or they just don't let you in. Is this even a gym? Feels more like a sales convention.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The space is always clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference when you're working out. The windows are definitely the highlight, there’s something so refreshing about having natural light and a nice view while you're exercising. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating such a welcoming gym !!!!

The place needs to improve the quality of the pool. Despite recent repair, the floor of the pool looks very bad with patchy work. One of the best front desk persons I have encountered is Erika. She is kind, on time or before time to open the gym even on coldest days, and always courteous to the customers. She should given a pay rise. Thank you.
