I absolutely love this place! I choose a different class each day, based on the needs of my body and mind. Every instructor is knowledgeable and positive. I cannot say enough good things about Studio YOU. I constantly encourage others to give it a try because I know there is a class that will be beneficial to everyone's different needs.

My Mom and I LOVE Studio You! The classes and staff are wonderful and we could not have lucked out any better picking a studio almost two years ago. If you are looking for a fun, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere check them out!!

The Staff are knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Studio You offers a non- judgmental, safe space that offers growth and personal development. The Clientele are friendly. Plus Yoga works in calming, centering and strengthening the body and mind!

If I had to make a list of things that “spark joy” for me in Indianapolis, Studio You would be near the top. It is such a sweet studio and the classes are high-quality. Chia is incredibly kind and she’s built a community/business that seems to offer all of my favorite things! I love all the classes, from grueling hot yoga and heated yoga sculpt to the aroma/restorative/yin ones. The theme ones are also a good time. Thanks for existing Studio You, and thank you for bringing your unique flavor to south Indy!

Well decorated and comfortable studio. The rooms are perfect size. The check-in/sign-up/class management is super organized. The variety of the events they have is great. Love this studio and its wonderful vibe.
