Crunch Fitness - Greenwood

LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym! If you're worried there may not be enough equipment, there is! The gym is huge. Everything was super chaotic opening day, and the staff maintained their professionalism and was very nice. The hydromassage feels amazing! Wish they would allow a 15 minute cap on it instead of 10, but so be it. If you download their app, signing up for group fitness classes is easy.

Love this place, big gym with great equipment! Noticed a huge improvement in the gym recently being cleaner and staff are much friendlier, new management must have moved in. The new manager is very hands on and I even see him cleaning the gym. Keep up the great work guys! 👏🏻

The cleanliness has become a major issue. The gym is consistently dirty, with machines seemingly never cleaned since they were first set up. The buildup of dirt and sweat is disturbing. The locker rooms and restrooms don’t appear to be cleaned regularly. This gym has a lot of potential, but the lack of proper cleaning is a serious concern, especially in shared spaces. Members should feel confident that they’re working out in a clean and safe environment, but unfortunately, that’s not the case at the moment.

I honestly have had a pretty decent experience at this gym so far. It's got all the equipment that I could ever need, but I do have one major gripe. I started PT under their personal training program, and it seems that area of service is not managed well. I just came in tonight for a session, and my trainer was not even present. My trainer told me management was supposed to communicate with me that I was being moved to a new instructor, but I never got a call, text, or email until I was physically at the gym waiting for my session to start. This is also the second time that I have been moved around, and it's real shame that I can't get someone that I'm consistently assigned to, considering how much I pay for this service.

This is an awesome gym in many ways. Lots of free weights, benches, hammer strength. My only negative comments are that the mens restroom is usually dirty. It doesn't get cleaned enough for the number of people that use it. Also, there is only 1 water fountain. There should probably be 3 at least.
