Can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio! Every instructor has been wonderful so far. Especially Bry who has an awesome 90’s/2000’s R&B yoga flow. It is my favorite! Intimate setting and unbeatable price too. So happy to have found this place.

Great local studio! All the instructors are fabulous-I love how the small class sizes allow the instructors to provide one on one tips and cues. Every single instructor is very accommodating to all levels of abilities no matter what the class and they always find a way to modify things so that even beginners to advanced students can enjoy the same class. The monthly membership is well worth it if your schedule allows you to go to a few classes a week, or they have a new student week membership which is good to try out a variety of classes. Well worth checking this studio out! :)

So happy to have found this gem of a place. Great variety and number of classes to choose from, small class size, and best of all individualized attention from the instructors. They really care about meeting you where you are in your practice and helping you with all aspects of yoga - mind, body, and spirit. The monthly passes are an excellent value for unlimited classes.

Lovely little yoga studio in the far South suburbs. Inviting and friendly atmosphere with an intimate feel. Teachers provide clear instruction on alignment, additional support for beginning students, and gentle correction as needed for experienced practitioners. A comfortable studio that’s enjoyable for students of all levels. Also worth noting: class fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
