CORE is a neighborhood gem that has all of your fitness and wellness needs. I regularly get massages here and have had great experiences with all of their massage therapists. The Pilates and barre classes are fun and low impact workouts and if you get on a regular routine, you just might make friends with your classmates! I’ve found the prices reasonable and all of the instructors knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about their work.

My Core journey began years ago with a reference from my doctor, post surgery for a broken tibia and fibula. It was a great experience. Where else are you given 1 on 1 time with a PT during the entirety of every appointment? I have also been treated several times for back problems since. Most recently, I have been getting dry needling treatments along with PT and the results, as always, have beyond expectation. The therapists and staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating. If I could give them more stars, I would.

I had an evaluation and dry needling with Courtney done here on 9/18/24. I was skeptical on what kind of results I would get since I've been going to another practice for 8 months without any relief. Wow! It was an amazing experience. Courtney did dry needling on my right shoulder and it is the most relief I've had in 8 months. The pain has subsided and I have more range of motion than I've had in years. I mean these kind of results after 1 session are simply amazing. I was able to sleep again. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Professionalism. Warmth. Humor. Core PT has been the best decision I could have made. I stumbled across CORE when I needed PT for a total hip replacement this past February. I was shocked when I realized how much I had stopped moving over the years due to my hip pain. So my recovery has been both making the new hip operational, and getting those atrophied muscles and systems to work properly. My PT Alice Lee and all the supporting staff at Core have given me a new lease on life! I feel stronger every day. Alice has helped me reach my goals, while making it fun and achievable. I never get bored and laugh a lot. All while bringing me back to good health. I highly recommend this place and this crew. They are the best in the business!

Angelina has provided the best massage in the longest time! Haven’t been able to find a masseuse who is capable of relaxing and destressing my body after having an office job for over 3 years, but I will keep going back to Angelina monthly! She is very attentive to your needs and ensures the right methods to avoid further pain but enough to release tensions and knots! She definitely knows what she’s doing, she is very proficient in her work! Clean, professional, effective!!
