Ahh man!!! Had an incredible work out with my new trainer. First time using a gym in Elmwood. Apex has fire machine, old school vibe, dope music and a lot of good energy. Looking forward to making good progress with this style gym.

Great gym with an incredible atmosphere to it. Alot of equipment to offer, but I just wish the dumbbells going from 135 and up had the space so they can fit its hard at times to place them back since they literally don't fit other than that amazing gym to be at!

A gym is a place where people go to train and exercise, but also to unwind, socialize, and recharge. This is that place and so much more. The owners - Don, Miguel, and Tony - not only have big hearts but also provide top of the line physical and mental health support. They will work with your life story to create a different ending!

When you walk into this gym, it becomes home and the people become family. I completed a 60 day challenge with Amanda and it was an amazing experience. She pushed me further than I’d ever push myself. She taught me proper use of machines, how to follow a dietary guideline and make working out a lifestyle. If she wasn’t around, I could ask anyone for help and they’d jump in to help. This gym is the perfect place to start as a beginner or as a vet. Amanda is a great trainer to start your fitness journey with!

I recently completed a 60-day training course with my Trainer Amanda at Ape-x Universe gym. I want to commend Amanda for her dedication and commitment to helping me reach my fitness goals. Her passion for fitness and her motivation played a significant role in keeping me on track with my workouts. As for the gym, it is a welcoming and family-friendly environment. An aspect I appreciated the most was the ability to bring my child along. The atmosphere is supportive, and I always felt encouraged by both the staff and members. Overall, my experience was positive and I am grateful for the opportunity to have trained with Amanda.
