Went in with my mothers to get some information, we asked the guy working there if he spoke Spanish he said no, so i told him of a promotion we saw at another location, he told us to sit down and he would get some one who spoke spanish. We sat down and waited like 20min and they were just lounging around, so after we just left.

I cancelled my membership yesterday after only having it for 2 weeks. The customer service at this location is lacking drastically. Every employee has a different answer for any question you ask. But my biggest concern was cleanliness. There is mold all around the pool liner and floor tiles. The women’s locker room is dirty and also has mold. The sauna in the women’s locker room has been broken for a week and the steam room is disgusting. I spoke to one of the managers about my concerns and he let me know they do not have a cleaning company and the cleaning is done by 3 managers they have on staff. Which obviously makes sense, why the gym is as run down and dirty as it is. After he said that there was no doubt that XSport was not the gym for me. I requested a refund through corporate.

The equipment here is good treadmills are good hopefully they hired a professional who can clean the women locker daily and correctly. Music really ghetto! recommend that you used your own headphones. =]

Gianna was great with customer service. I called twice to ask for help with my membership and she was very happy to answer my question and helped me. I wish every gym front desk was this helpful.

LA Fitness took over & the monthly price + fees are absolutely RIDICULOUS! So overpriced & they'll probably change the hours eventually & ruin the only good thing they have going for them (24/7 access).
