Beautiful place, beautiful teachers. My husband and I signed up for a breathwork class and Malorie was AMAZING. Both of us enjoyed it immensely! The ladies that own and run this are down to earth, compassionate and we are excited to go back soon! I'm so glad something like this exists in my town. 💞 🪽

I love this Yoga Studio!! They offer a wide variety of classes that are so awesome from everyone I have been too! I have loved all the teachers! Thank you to the business owners for pushing to make this a possibility in Rexburg!!

I visited the yoga studio on its opening night and another time. The atmosphere was strange, especially for someone less familiar with yoga. What appeared to be the owners openly shared negative comments within earshot of customers, which felt odd and inappropriate. Several others I've spoken to had similar encounters. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it over others in town.

As a former yoga teacher at Namaste Nook I wish that I could recommend this studio, however there were undertones of exclusion relating to religion during my time there and I ended up feeling like this was not the place where I wanted to teach. I was planning to part ways, but ended up being notified via text that I was being let go. I personally don’t agree with this studio being advertised as a yoga studio, because the exclusive practices directly conflict with what yoga stands for.
