OFF the Field is truly a fun and welcoming environment! From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and encouraged by the amazing staff. Their dedication to helping athletes grow and improve is unmatched, and they genuinely care about each person’s progress. The ACL rehab program has been a game-changer for me. They push me to be my best while ensuring I’m recovering safely and effectively. I’ve gained strength, confidence, and a renewed love for training, all thanks to their expertise and positivity. I can’t say enough great things about Off The Field! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. In the past 7 months at OTF I went from barely being able to do a body weight squat to squatting more than my all time best for reps. I had two torn patellar tendons and did not want surgery. In 7 months at Off The Field, they are almost fully healed due to trainers, knowledge, experience, and amazing facility. If you want to play at the next level or need help rehabbing from an injury, OTF is the place to be!

I first started working out at Off The Field my freshman year of high school, following an ACL reconstruction surgery. Throughout the subsequent 4 years of my high school sports journey, I had another ACL reconstruction paired with a joint realignment surgery. Through this entire four years OTF provided training, programming, and rehab of the highest quality. The trainers communicated thoroughly with my physical therapists and surgeons in order to ensure delivery of outstanding care. After extensive medial intervention, I was able to return to my sport and earn a varsity letter my senior year. I did this with the help of OTF, despite doubt and lack of confidence of my surgeons that I would ever be able to return to sport again. OTF’s attention to detail, and dedication to the success and safety of their athletes is unmatched. They not only provided the physical support, but also an environment of positivity, encouragement, and energy. From the moment you walk in the door till the moment you leave, OTF makes you feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated. Currently, I have made the transition from playing athletics for 10+ years to now focusing on pursuing my degree in physical therapy. I hope to one day provide the same care, attention to detail, and quality of care I received from OTF. I still workout at OTF every day, with programming tailored to my goals of maintaining a strong and healthy lifestyle. OTF changed my life and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone!

When I step foot into Off the Field I feel nothing but pure joy and bliss from the sheer amount of love and passion from the whole staff that is unmatched anywhere else.
