This gym has always been a dependable spot for anyone looking to get in a good workout. While it can get quite busy, especially since it’s one of the few options on the east side, the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. It's a place where you can find the equipment you need to reach your fitness goals and feel good about your progress, despite the crowds.

Atmosphere is A GYM. Great variety of classes. Noticed they have several trainers(have not needed for me). Reception is awesome. Some broken equipment is taking too long to get fixed. Spare cables should be kept on hand. I'd recommend here. Just make it your workout! Aloha

Decent amount of space, not too many people - especially in comparison to the Kapiolani branch in Honolulu. Decent amount of equipment and training space. Rather clean and staff is friendly. Would recommend this location over any location in town due to the lack of visitors, but membership is still pricey considering what is offered in terms of facilities.

24 Hour should be embarrassed by this location. It is a poor excuse for a gym. I am here nearly daily, but merely for the convenience of the location. The gym is absolutely filthy. Rust from the equipment will stain your clothes, piles of dust and dirt in the corners, interior walls unpainted and unfinished. Any given day, literally half the cardio equipment is broken. This is not an exaggeration and it will often take them weeks to repair. It is not unusual to see 5 out of 8 stairmasters not working. Just invest in new equipment. It’s a gym and everything in there is so dated it’s barely useable. The ceilings leak when it rains, which it does often in Hawaii. There are often buckets placed throughout the facility, in attempt to contain it. “Personal trainers” regularly take workout equipment from public areas and lock it in their rooms. I could keep going, but anyone who has read this far gets the point. If there was another option for a gym in Kaneohe, attendance here would plummet. Anyone with even a small amount of gym experience would be appalled at these conditions.

This is by far the nastiest gym I have ever been to. I have unfortunately been going here for years since they have no competition in the area. Which they should be beyond grateful for since this place is a dump. The machines are constantly broken and never seem to get fixed. If you want to do cardio it’s best you run outside because you’ll never get a working treadmill here. Next, the women’s showers are scary. SCARY. Hair clogging the drains, the shower curtain's are full of slim and mold. With how much they charge you’d think I’d be able to be covered while showering but nope- ripped shower curtains hang there for all to watch as I rinse off. I complain about them all the time, and the responses are “we are working on it.” Now when it comes to what to wear here…. Wear old torn up used clothing unless you like that stains. Everything (that is working) is covered in rust. I would continue but by now you get the point. Dont sign up here, drive the extra 15 to Kailua and find yourself a real gym. Thank me later!
