Elevate Health Club

I absolutely love coming to Elevate! The classes are amazing and the recovery room is such a wonderful bonus. The staff/instructors are such lovely people which makes every experience so special. 10/10!

This place is a sanctuary! I have been attending Savannah’s Monday strength classes for the past month, she is such a fun instructor and always looking out for good form. Following class with a sauna & cold plunge in the recovery room is the best way to start the week!

Elevate is an AMAZING addition to Kailua and my favorite new place to work out. The space is beautiful and has top grade equipment. I love the small class sizes, and the instructors are all very experienced and a joy to spend time with. I love coming to strength classes with my dad (in his 60s) and appreciate the instructors’ ability to adapt the workout to multiple fitness levels and bodies. The best part is the community feel that the elevate team has created.

Amazing ownership. Very hands on with listening to members opinions when initially opened. Amazing facility. No need to go to 2-3 different locations for specific needs. Coaches really push you! 5/5 would recommend to anyone who’s looking for yoga, strength, fitness & recovery.

Elevate is amazing. I love the people and the classes as well as the recovery options (sauna and cold plunge). I'm on the older side (60)- but I've never felt intimidated or left behind- after 2 weeks I felt the fittest I've been in a very long time. It is really convenient to have fitness/strength classes (so tough but so fun!) and yoga/breathwork classes in one building. Also, the yin yoga and sound class is absolute heaven on earth. I highly recommend Elevate. It is absolutely worth every penny.
