My son's love this. Very specific drills in a group setting to increase their strength, stamina and speed. After 4 weeks all three of my boys have noticed an improvement in all areas. This was great prep for football season.

The place is well maintained. Coach Mike is qualified and gives good workouts. Works hard but ensures exercises are done safely and properly.

Coach is great he explains to the guys how to get better and is consistent with instructions. Love it well worth the money.
