Great gym! They are extremely knowledgeable about health and nutrition. They are using technology that I have seen no other gym is using. They keep you accountable. It's the best training in Kennesaw. Highly recommended!

The instructors will know you by name, provide guidance and support, and customize the work out to suit your level of expertise. Fantastic local gym! I’m a beginner at lifting, so Coach Eric’s small group classes are giving me a customized approach to onboard and make progress in my fitness journey goals to get stronger safely. Strength is a skill, and I’m grateful for his expertise and guidance. I’m particularly appreciative of the real-time feedback on my form that I’d never get from a YouTube video.

Joining Resultz Only has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Coach Eric and all of the fitness instructors are top notch. They are motivating and make it exciting to come and work out. I’ve seen great results so far both on and off the scale. Resultz Only is truly a 5 star gym.

Coach Eric and the entire staff at ROF are great! I love the small group training because they are still tailored for you and he gives you personal attention as well. I love all the cardio classes offered too!
