The Wade Green La Fitness is the nicest equipment, better layout and the filthiest I’ve been too. It’s disgusting. The weights aren’t organized at night, you can never find cable machine attachments. Crunch opened a brand new location $10 cheaper, better equipment and immaculate 5 minutes away. Bathrooms are terrible, locker room lockers have at least 20 broken lockers. Showers are never clean. One of them has been roped off with a garbage bag for a month. Hasn’t had a shower curtain in 3 months. Dental floss was laying in the floor for a week in one stall. The smell of crap is also always present. Staff on the other hand are never present. Except when it closing time and they are harassing everyone 20 minutes before close to finish up. I always see them on the side door smoking with it sitting open during hours. I got the crunch membership because of how dirty this location is. Since they opened I’ve seen half the regulars at crunch. I’ve heard the same thing from them about appearance. Sprayberry location has older equipment but a lot cleaner. This used to be the best gyms. But not anymore. I would rather use La fitness but not like this.

I've been working out at La Fitness on Wade green for a few months now. I recently met the new General manager she seems to be a very knowledgeable person. I always see her on the floor having conversations with the guest. I've over heard some of the guest describing her as having a wonderful and positive attitude. I have referred one guest so far and she said she wished she would joined months ago. So I will definitely continue referring to this location. Keep up the good work 👍

Ari the general manager was very professional and friendly. They worked to extend my week vip pass for a few days instead of signing me up for a whole month. Very cool. Place is clean, well maintained and awesome gym. My brother has been a member 15 years. Great Spin classes and large weight areas as well as many other specific areas. I came in from Boston and will be back.

I recently moved to the area and decided to check out this gym on a guest pass, thinking I might renew my membership. Big mistake. The manager, Ari (or whatever her name is), was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was appalling, and it’s clear she has no business working in customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand how difficult customer-facing roles can be, but this was beyond unacceptable. For a gym charging these kinds of prices, I expected far better. Instead, I was met with condescension and hostility. It’s outrageous that this is the standard they hold their staff to. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service from operation manager Sarah and an employee name Isaac. I originally called to have my account paused. The person I spoke with I now believed to be the operation manager Sarah. There’s two people on my account. I was never asked which membership I wanted to cancel and I assumed it was the entire account being cancelled. Until I was charge $30 for one of the membership account. When I called over the phone to make them aware, I spoke with Sarah who was completely not helpful and provided horrible customer service. Imagine she’s the operation manager. I went there in person, she was completely condescending, laughing in my face as if I was an idiot who didn’t know what I was talking about. Then Isaac an employee got involved , also lack any customer service. He was arguing with me over the fact that their employees are not fully aware of the company’s policies. Which they’re not because I later learn that employees are not suppose to paused accounts over the phone. And like I said, I’m pretty sure it was Sarah I spoke with when I called to canceled. Because her behavior said a lot. Mind you the so call operation manager Sarah was standing right there while her employee was arguing with a customer and my partner had to asked him to stop. I asked to speak with a general manager and Sarah tried to lie and say that he oversees multiple locations and is not available. Mind you he was right there. Sarah never went to get him until he came over to asked if everything was okay. So thank you to Corey the general manager who actually took the time to understand our frustrations and took accountability for his facility’s failure to follow policy. I also went ahead to make corporate aware of this situation and cancelled my membership.
