Abb's Muscle & Fitness Gym

THE best gym ever!! I absolutely love coming here every day. 10/10 all around with staff, vibe, equipment, and the entire experience!

Didn't have the best experience here... the equipment is great and all, but it wasn't top tier. I got kicked out of the gym entirely for not wearing shoes on the treadmill (even though I cleaned it off when I was done) because I wasn't willing to risk harming myself since I didn't have adequate footwear. Since then, I've moved over to CrossFit New Hope. and it is MILLIONS of times better, I cannot stress that enough.

I've been going here for a few years now. The equipment is always clean and in perfect order, the staff is welcoming and so very friendly. This gym has a large enough selection to keep you busy for years, and you're not likely to ever outgrow a gym like this one! Honestly can't thank the staff and Abby enough for this place!

This is an incredible gym. I was with them for about 7 months until today. The staff was always extremely personal and conversational, acted like they’ve known you for years: something you will not find at most gyms. That’s highly valuable. I was fortunate enough to be able to speak to Abbe for a couple hours one day, and her vision for the company’s mission and her stressed importance toward relationships was key. The gym itself has any equipment you’d need, and is never too crowded that you can’t work out, even though it is fairly small. Everything is kept in fantastic condition. Today I had to cancel my membership for my own personal reasons, but they were able to cancel over the phone in a matter of minutes with no fees. This is a very bittersweet moment for me and I’m going to genuinely miss this gym. Thank you Abb’s for all that you have contributed to my fitness journey! I cannot recommend enough. Update: I made this review six months ago, and two weeks ago, I rejoined! I had switched to a different gym, in the meantime, but I couldn’t resist coming back. Felt like coming home ha ha

By far the best gym I've had the pleasure of joining. Fantastic, encouraging, and friendly atmosphere. When you're here you're truly part of the big family. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sauna, showers, tanning bed, up to date and very well maintained equipment. The owner, Abby, is the nicest person I've ever met in my life. She is a competitive bodybuilder with all the tips, and info you could ever learn. Highly recommend joining.
