Danastotalfitness was the perfect place for me to begin my health journey. It is a small privately owned gym where the trainer gives lots of attention to helping you meet your goals. Mr. Melvin listened to my story, helped me set goals, and created me a plan that helped me lose more than 40 pounds over time. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his abilities as a personal trainer. Not only did he create me a fitness plan, but he also educated me on the tools needed to maintain my weight loss. If you're looking for somewhere to start and someone who will work with you, danastotalfitness is that place!

Danas Total Fitness is a Very nice place to workout. The Instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. I travel an hour from my home to get here because I know I’m going to get results with my workout routine It is Also very affordable If u want to workout get results and not break the bank Dana’s Total Fitness located in Hiram Ga is definitely place 4 U.
