I went in for my first session and immediately felt like I was in good hands. Coach Anthony is patient and thorough taking time to make sure I understood what I was doing and why. Highly recommend for anyone looking into boxing.

Coach Anthony is a great guy. Very patient and great with my kids who are 6 and 4. Im 40 and we are all learning to box for the first time. Great workout and fun.
