We highly recommend Coach Erin and Level Up Georgia! Our daughter and several of her soccer teammates have been training with Coach Erin for about a year and a half, and we have seen a huge progression both physically and mentally. Erin finds the perfect balance of strength and agility training with skills training, and she also emphasizes good sportsmanship and self-confidence. Coach Erin takes a genuine interest in helping your child become the best version of themselves, and that is invaluable in my opinion. Our girls can play at 100% for a full 9 v 9 game, and their leadership, confidence and camaraderie are evident. Coach Erin is the perfect compliment to your athlete’s regular team training, so give it a shot. You will not be disappointed!

Erin is amazing!! She has been working with my daughter for almost 2 years now along with some her teammates! She has made them all stronger, both physically and mentally! And I love that she really helps the girls learn how to get stronger to prevent injuries. Erin encourages a strong ethic and pushes the girls to do their best, but she still has a caring way about her! We have taken a month off of our sessions trying to adjust to a new school/soccer schedule but my daughter is already asking when she is going back to see Erin! We are so grateful to have such a positive influence on our daughter as she continues to learn and grow in the sport she loves!

Level Up has been an excellent training facility and experience for my daughter. Coach Erin is professional and caring. She pushes and encourages her clients to be their BEST and also makes it fun. She has gone above and beyond supporting my daughter’s physical training inside the gym as well as supporting her as a person outside of the gym. We’ve been training there for a few years and will continue!
