The Hotworx sessions are great and allow you to have lots of variety, which keeps you committed long-term. I especially like Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and Hot Stretch! If that wasn't enough, the owner and the entire staff are extremely friendly and engaging. It's a great place to workout and stay healthy. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!

I have to say as a 10 year coach and CrossFit athlete, the past two years at Hotworx has been the absolute best addition to my workout routine! It has helped me to build incredible core strength, increased my flexibility, mobility, and helped me to stay pain free. The sessions always challenge me, and I love the flexibility of classes and times offered! I highly recommend adding this to your existing workout routine or make this your primary routine! The owners here are absolutely incredible. You won’t be disappointed!!

HotWorx is one of my favorite places to workout. Time is extremely relevant so getting in an awesome workout in 15 minute classes in the sauna is perfect. I also love the owner! Great guy!
