LA Fitness

This gym has gotten worse over the last 6 months. They had a major water leak in roof. Got the walls soaked. Now black mold and mold covers the wall and wallpaper is pealing off. This has been 6 months of breathing and inhaling mold. Mentioned it to manager over 3 months ago and was told should be resolved any day. Well that was 3 months ago and still nothing. I mentioned it again and was told they have no idea. It’s as if they don’t care. There are 3 of us that have joined One Life and it is do much cleaner and well maintained. It’s a shame because mold can be a health/safety issue but staff just seems to turn a blind eye to it. I bet if someone gets sick and sues it would be fixed.

Broken machines , gym falling apart, light fixtures falling down , painting on the walls coming down, shower smells like sewage. Whoever owns this gym really does not care for the safety of its customers or the satisfaction of a proper gym to workout in.

This LA Fitness location is by far the most neglected and abandoned in the entire chain. The equipment has been broken for over 3 months, and when we ask the staff when it will be fixed, they have no answers. Their say that the machines are old, they can’t find the parts, and it’s corporate's responsibility. It’s completely unacceptable that a gym of this size can’t maintain its equipment or provide any timeline for repairs. It's clear that this location is not a priority for LA Fitness, and it shows in the lack of upkeep and maintenance.

I was interested in adding family members to my membership and an associate here, Derek Watkins, provided great support and options to make that happen. He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The other associates here are also very respectful. Keep up the good work! :)

Good range of gym equipment and cardio machines. I would rate it higher but the wallpaper is falling, ceiling tiles are missing, machines are out of order constantly, and the staff doesn't seem to address this. The wallpaper falling and missing ceiling tiles have been like that for months now...
