The community I never knew I needed and now cannot live without! I look forward to my workout every day. The best “ME” time! The workouts are challenging, 1:1 training in a group setting, focus meetings to talk goals and nutrition with a trainer and child watch included with the membership! Doesn’t get much better!

Currently a member at Burn Boot Camp New Tampa, what can I say other than I found my tribe! 61 classes in and I’m more confident, I am able to keep up with my 4 year old son, I’ve already dropped down one pant size and shirt size, my body is looking more firm and tone and my strength is the best it’s ever been! If you have not tried Burn Boot Camp, it’s well worth the drop in to a class or two!

I can’t say how much I LOVE burn New Tampa! The trainers are so helpful and really motivate you to push yourself to your best version. I was able to stay active through my whole pregnancy with appropriate modifications which made postpartum so much smoother. I’ve not only gained so much confidence but even better I have gained so many friendships. Everyone there truly wants to see you thrive and it’s the gym family I’ve always wanted and hoped for. I started at burn 4 months ago after starting weight lifting on my own from my home. I was constantly interrupted during my home workouts by kids needing x, y, and z, so I was desperate to find something with childcare. I had friends out of state who had raved about burn so I decided to give it ago. It took one class and I was hooked! The trainers are amazing and so incredibly helpful for a newby just learning the ropes of weight training. I love the mix between strength days and conditioning days. I look forward to my daily classes and have FOMO on the days I miss. I went into burn not feeling like I needed the community aspect, but I’ve now made incredible friends who I hang out with outside of burn. The environment is amazingly friendly and supportive! If you’re looking for something new, come join us!

Burn Boot Camp New Tampa is absolutely incredible! The workouts are challenging yet fun and the trainers are so motivational! Everyone is super friendly and encouraging 🤗 The gym itself is clean and tidy, and the floor itself is cushioned so it absorbs shock when landing, making it perfect for high intensity workouts! Overall, I have loved my experience so far and super thankful to have Burn Boot Camp New Tampa here in our community.
