I scoped out a lot of gyms and this one far surpassed my expectations. Owners Lisa and Jack made this place somewhere to go without judgment and truly somewhere you can really focus on yourself and goals. It’s never really packed and they are open 24/7! Highly recommended.

Love rockstar fitness! Super clean gym and I don’t feel intimidated working out. Jack, Lisa, and Ashlee are super friendly and very professional. If your liking for a gym in the Sanford area I would highly recommend rockstar fitness!

I have work out at many gyms but I must say this one is by far my favorite very great vibe , owners are truly awesome if looking for a great gym that’s personal and friendly this is the one a must too check out
