Excellent Sifu! Grandmaster Nguyen can help any interested student expand their chi... whether to increase health or learn martial arts. At all levels. He also has a nursery of bonsai trees at various ages, and all the supplies you will need. They make beautiful gifts & are a great method of meditation. Sifu Nguyen has extensive experience & is a wonderful teacher.
