I switched to OrangeTheory Lake Worth just a couple of months ago and I am glowing with happiness. The first impression AKA the front staff are so professional and make the experience so special. Melina, Vicky and all the crew (sorry If I am leaving out names! you all rock!) are just the best and even down to the cute lobby decorations, it's just so special. Then the members! The members are just so warming and I am so thankful that this location has such a great group of members who are all here to support one another. And LAST but NOT LEAST - The COACHES!!!!! Head Coach Jillian ROCKS and has built such a great team of coaches around her! Bettina, Britt, Jacy, Cami and more! They are all so amazing and The knowledge and professionalism of each of them is top notch and for having so many members, they all are able to remember your name, check in when they see you in the lobby and remember things that help motivate you along the way. That goes miles as a member when a coach truly cares about your wellbeing and fitness goals. I highly recommend the workout and the location if you are in Palm Beach County or visiting the area, or even snow birding during the season, you wont regret it! @OTFLW rocks!

The best around. The entire group makes you feel like a new person. Workouts are top notch by Coach Jill, Jacy, Britt, Trish, Bettina, Christine, and Cami. You will not miss out. They changed my life. The studio manager, Melina, is amazing. Fernando and Anahi- I adore both of you so much. Andrea, you too. All of the front desk associates are wonderful, provide quality care. Vicki, you’re the best. They make you feel so welcomed and valued. Super clean establishment. Everyone is always so helpful and supportive. I am grateful I found this orange theory. What I most love about here are the owners are real people, real members. It’s not owned by a larger corporate like other ones in the area. Who owns here are the same owners of Wellington and West Lake- you can sense the warmth and spirit. They all changed my life. The members who come here also are awesome- very team spirited. Did it before- this time it’s totally different because of all of them!

My recent experience at Orange Theory Fitness in Lake Worth was unfortunately disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. As an unlimited member with my home gym located in another state, I decided to introduce my mother-in-law, who lives locally, to the Orange Theory experience. Excited about the prospect, I recommended she use my referral code to book a free class, expecting her to enjoy it as much as I have. We diligently booked the class online, specifically choosing the Lake Worth location, and received both email and text confirmations for the reservation. However, upon arriving 30 minutes early for the class, we encountered an unwelcoming front desk associate who insisted on confirming the address. Despite my mother-in-law residing just down the street, we were informed that she couldn't attend the class without paying a drop-in fee because she wasn't eligible for a free class at that particular location. Confused and frustrated, we pointed out the email confirmation clearly stating her booked free class at Orange Theory Lake Worth. The associate was unable to provide an explanation for the discrepancy between the website confirmation and the denial of eligibility. Even after reaching out to the manager, Camie King, we were informed that my mother-in-law still couldn't participate. The overall vibe at this studio was unfortunately rude and unhelpful. To complicate matters further, I had already booked a class for myself and risked a late fee if I didn't attend. As a loyal customer to Orange Theory Fitness, I appreciate the franchise's overall value, but my experience at this particular location leaves much to be desired. While I will continue to frequent my home studio, I regret to say that I won't be returning to the Lake Worth location. I've advised my mother-in-law to explore other nearby studios in the hope of a more positive experience. It's disheartening when a franchise's consistency doesn't extend to all its branches.
