David and his team of highly trained professionals will help you achieve new physical and mental heights. I have been training with Dave and his other instuctor Chris in the adult kickboxing class for almost a year now and have lost over 20lbs./feeling great. I feel very welcomed there and they make you feel like family. I have trained at other gyms and nothing beats the enviorment, cirriculum and energy from this place. I highly reccomend!

Best prices & enviorment from the after school program for the kids to the adult classes in the evening.I enjoy the traditional side of Goju-Ryu and everything that comes with it. There's a meaning and purpose behind every technique and Dave and his team break it down and demonstrate and explain perfectly.I love the kickboxing class it's a perfect mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises and I even got the courage to compete thanks to Dave and his instructors who helped me pursue that dream.

Great place for kids to do and learn discipline,respect for themselves and others,and have fun while learning martial arts from some truly amazing instructors.Sensei Sosa is incredible and truly enjoys teaching.Recommend this place to everyone.
