This box has something for everyone. The coaches know how to challenge you to improve while keeping the environment positive and low pressure. Great group of members as well! I would recommend to anyone, beginner or advanced.

Best CrossFit place in the area.. The coaches are really great and are very attentive and always have a positive attitude. The atmosphere and other members are great as well really makes you feel like family.

I am a beginner who has never done CrossFit before. I also am here to loose a significant amount of weight. This is a GREAT place to be. Not only are they (all) encouraging...everything is catered to where you are at. The hour classes go by quickly because they keep it flowing. They also have appropriate rest periods between exercises (something I did not find with other gyms.) Highly recommend this place. Give it a try!

We love it here! My wife and I have tried other boxes in the area, but this is by far our favorite. Its always clean, flexible classes, programs for kids, but most importantly it feels like family. The coaches really make you feel welcome and sincerely care about your well being.
