Spring is amazing, one of the best instructors! Her classes are always fun, and her workouts are perfectly balanced, pushing you to improve without feeling overwhelming. She creates a positive and motivating environment, making it easy to stay consistent. I always leave her classes feeling energized and stronger. Highly recommend!
