The new facility is open. All new equipment, quite nice. I don't do classes, so cannot comment there. Not high end, but clean and functional. Why only 3 stars? First, the "body wash/shampoo" in the showers is indefensibly wretched. It is somehow simultaneously harsh on my skin and ineffective at actually washing anything. It's worse than gas station soap. What a bizarre place to cut corners. Second, the sauna is so hot and so dry that it burns the inside of my nose when I breathe. I'm not typically squeamish about these things; it's a truly aggressive sauna. There's a hot tub in the pool area (an okay alternative) but unfortunately no steam room. Third, I'd definitely prefer a gym that was open an hour later during the week. 10pm is too early for someone (a/k/a yours truly) to get a full workout after putting the kiddos to bed.

potentially worst gym in dc. Not sure why OneLife would even claim this place as their own. Always Dirty both in the lifting area and bathroom area. Always Broken/Missing Equipment. Using new gym opening soon as a crutch for the past 8 months. Was supposed to open in April it is now end of July. Only enforce rules when they feel like it. Rude desk employees. Brittany is great but the gym is terrible and is clearly seen they do not care about their paying customers experience.

The Onelife Fitness Northwest General Manager, Brittany Wike, has been a tremendous help while I navigate my membership and maternity leave. Very grateful for her consistent communication, professional manner, and genuine support during this time in my life. Thank you, Brittany. Online Fitness is lucky to have you!

I've been a member since last Fall and the gym is so-so. They promised when I signed up that a new facility was coming in February and they still haven't moved. Now machines have been broken for more than a month. By far the worst part of this gym is the fact that many people don't put their weights back or wipe down the machines. Let's see if people improve at the new place, but I am not holding out hope. Front desk people are friendly, but you never see them patrolling the gym.

I have been a member since June 2023. At that time, I was promised the new OneLife Fitness would open in January 2024. This was obviously never going to be true. Every passing month since June 2023, members of Onelife Fitness have been lied to the manager of Onelife Fitness Tenleytown: Brittany Wike. Every time we ask about the new gym, we’re given non-committal responses saying, “about two weeks.” Every day, the gym falls further into disrepair. Equipment has gone missing and has broken, but there seems to be no intention on fixing or replacing them. I have reached out to OneLife Corporate customer service but they have been equally hard to get a straight answer from. Do yourself a favor and pay for a nicer gym. It’ll be well worth it.
