Words cannot explain how much I am going to miss this gym (I am relocating). My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The cleaning staff are amazing and they do a great job keeping the locker rooms and upstairs areas clean. Alex Enos, the general manager, is professional and quick to respond/address/resolve any member-related concerns. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and willing to help. My experience at this location was phenomenal. Wisconsin Ave also gets brownie points for the 2 hour free validated parking!!! All other DMV locations fail members on this end.

I am finishing my year of membership in this place so I have to say that the place is new, very clean and is usually not crowded, it is good for exercising, the hours of this gym are super bad, from Monday to Thursday they close at 10 pm, Friday until 9 pm and Saturday and Sunday 7 pm in this place they lost two belongings that I never found, the first was a white stanley thermos that I never appreciated and recently my airpods max headphones, which I was asking for several days and their answer was that the manager of the place was the only one who had access to the lost items box that had to arrive at a specific time, which I arrived at, they only made me sign a paper with the information, so apparently it is not a very safe place, I would not recommend it for these reasons

They absolutely oversold memberships to this place. I've barely been using my membership after several visits where it was too crowded to do anything other than sit on a cardio machine. We need more weight lifting space and fewer unused treadmills. They are 'too busy' to schedule new members for solo pilates classes even though they promise a complementary session. If you cannot keep up with demand in a gym marketed as a luxury experience, something is being mismanaged. But yes, as others have noted, it looks and smells great.

I can’t say enough about this gym. Everything is top notch. The best classes ever. The place looks and smells amazing. The best gym I have ever been. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Actually I already referred 2 people!!!! It is worth every penny.

I stopped by to get some information to sign up with husband but there was no information brochure so we asked to have a tour to confirm our subscription but the lady at the front desk said that it was not possible. It was very disappointing … You just lost 2 members !
