The friendliest staff I will encounter at a gym! Shout out to Will for always eager to start your day off with a smile. I’ve been going to mint for a year and a half and I definitely recommend the welcoming environment!

Boutique gym price for limited offering. Equipment is broken for months, not the cleanest place, any extras they do have like fitness trackers or saunas are outdated, broken, or under constant renovation. For almost $200 a month spend your money elsewhere.

Mint Gym in Dupont has its pros and cons. Overall the facility is clean, and the trainers like Myke and some of the cycling instructors are fantastic. However, the price of a monthly membership for the weight room is quite exorbitant for what they offer. What really left a bad taste in my mouth, however, was the lack of responsiveness from their sales staff. I had purchased an annual pass the year before which was expiring, and wanted to extend for one more month before I left DC. To keep things brief, the staff never responded to my emails about renewing an extra month and even when the front desk sent them reminder emails for me, they still failed to respond. I guess there is no benefit for loyalty here

Mint Management: the gym and facilities have become very dirty and potentially unsanitary. I’d advise you do an inspection + deep clean of the gym floors, bathrooms, saunas, shower stalls, equipment etc. Seems like nothing has been deep cleaned for months. Aside from that, the people and workers at Mint have a nice vibe. It’s a solid, small neighborhood gym.

Tried a few different gyms last year and landed on Mint. Small gym, but has a lot of variety and everything you need to get in any type of workout. Generally isn't ever too packed, rarely have to wait for stuff. Also had to take a three month leave and they were able to put my account on pause. Have never taken any of the classes, so can't speak on that. Definitely worth trying out.
