I love everything about taking classes at Sunflower Studio! The interior is beautiful and the classes are intimate. Jade is very helpful in making slight changes in your movements and poses that lead to a better workout. Although, I love the yoga classes, Barre was a great workout and so fun! I brought a group of friends from Bakersfield to try classes as well. As beginners, they felt supported and loved both Gentle and Sculpt yoga.

Every single class I’ve taken with Jade has been such a positive experience. Her voice and the atmosphere is so calming and serene. Jade is welcoming to all levels. If you are thinking of trying any of her classes DO IT! Don’t miss out because you will wish you had started sooner! The calming vibes stay with you all day. Thanks Jade !
