This is an easy gym and place to feel excepted for where you are in your fitness regimen or if you are just a beginner. Im confident you won’t be judged or looked down upon for being new to working out, CrossFit or exercise in general. You are NOT required to do the CrossFit workouts and come and go at your leisure. I have been a member for over 2 years and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Matt and his team are top shelf coaches. Just try it you won’t regret it. I dare you 👌🏽.

This place is awesome! Had never really done CrossFit in the past, have always mainly lifted for strength and ran for cardio. Let me tell you, this place will humble you and make you feel like you had never exercised before. The movements can be awkward at first but as time goes on, you definitely notice your flexibility and mobility improving. The instructors are awesome and everyone is really kind and supportive, especially with the noobs.

I highly recommend Crossfit Kenaz! I was never into fitness or exercising, so I was scared and intimidated to try CrossFit. However, everyone is incredibly nice, non-judgemental, and willing to teach or share tips. Even if you are a beginner and cannot do certain lifts or movements, coaches are always willing to modify your workout according to your fitness level. After a month of attending classes, I can tell that I have more energy, sleep better, and feel physically and mentally stronger.

I was so nervous to start working out after years of not stepping foot in a gym. All the trainers here are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. I'm doing personal training with Sydney and she's the best. If your on the fence about starting your workouts again this is definitely the place to go. 1000% recommend

CrossFit coaches here were amazing! Very detail and welcoming to all types of people. I enjoyed the involvement and family atmosphere they provide. Great workout and programs.
