Best gym I have known this gym for over 15 years from woodlake to Tulare and both have Never disappointed. Not too many people which is a plus because u can work out effectively without worrying about waiting for equipment

This place is a real gym, the atmosphere is always very cool and chill everybody is friendly and at the same time mind their own business. I've never been to a better gym then this one, and yes the owner is very nice and respectful gentleman.

If you want to work out but not be around a ton of people this is the place to be! What I love most is they have a small room just for woman, it has mostly everything you need but when I want to use other machines I just go out in the regular gym. Price is $5.00 a day or $35.00 a month! The best part is there are no contracts!! 💪🏋️‍♀️

Great gym! I'm from out of town and a nonmember. I got in for 5 bucks and got an awesome workout. This gym has everything. I'm serious! New equipment, old school stuff and a few items you would only see in an olympic training center. Its a real gym with a vibe back from the "80s. They even have a ladies only workout area. Good job guys! Highly recommended!

Not a bad gym, nice employees but not professionally ran at all. Payed for a month. $45 dollars. With out warning they decided to only accept day passes at $10 dollars a day and void membership. Should be giving out refunds or honoring people’s full membership. Very unprofessional
