24 Hour Fitness

I go to this gym from the moment it opened in Sunnyvale. I like it and it is a convenient location for me. However, I’ve noticed that it is dirtier than usual lately and lots of equipment is not in a good condition or out of order. UPDATE AFTER 5 MONTHS. Conditions and equipments didn’t get better. In contrary, so many machines are out of order. Shame to 24 Hours management 👎 👎👎

They don't clean the gym at all. Very dirty. Also if the machine breaks down they take 2-3 months to fix. The staffs are not responsive at all. Complained multiple times to fix the machines but they don't do it. I am pretty sure that this review will also receive the customary response from the management, so don't bother. If you can afford it, go to a better gym than this.

Bathrooms are always so dirty and a 24-hour fitness and all the employees don't take the initiative to help keep the locker room and bathrooms clean they just wait for the janitors to come clean it and then on top of that it's smells I don't have anything against homeless people using the gym but you know everybody is adults and you know just keep your stuff

The gym is nice, but it definitely needs a deep clean 🧼 Hope management can do something about it. Staff is always friendly so they deserve a 5 star ⭐️

I've given this gym multiple attempts at correcting their poor customer service. They continue to fail. I've been a member for over two decades because I have a screaming deal, and I watch my pennies. That is the only reason I continue to give them my business. Their corporate office is very poorly run: they don't respond to emails, you can't get a human being on the line to save your life, and in the instances when they do answer an email, it includes misinformation, missing information, and even in one case, was addressed to a different name altogether. They are awful.
