Brought my grandson for his trial class and of course he loved it. I observed the coolest interaction between the instructor and the children. Coach Ian has the patience of a saint and his knowledge is very impressive.

It was really fun being here. If you're a guy and you need some bro time, this place is awesome. They teach technical skills and they don't look down upon you.

Just had my first class and was very nervous since I’ve never done hard core workouts before. So grateful to Coach Ian for making me feel welcomed and the people in the class are super friendly. Everyone works at their own pace. This is a really supportive environment who is trying to learn Muay Thai or just grow in your fitness journey.

Started my trial on Thursday and had a great experience learning from Coach Ivyn and Coach Jesse and I’m glad I signed up cause now this is something I want to start doing daily, One thing for sure is you going to get a good workout in & learn different techniques and that’s a fact. I also like how sociable the other members are it feels at home. Shout out to y’all for doing y’all thang !

The instructors at this martial arts house are patient, competent and compassionate. My child is wild and has the attention span of an ant and yet the coaches, no matter who it is that day, are kind and firm. Never getting annoyed with the little kids only responding with gentle redirections. On top of that, the curriculum is age appropriate with the perfect balance of technique and time to play. In traditional training houses, instructors will sometimes do things the “old school” way like public humiliation, fear, and shame as motivators. Not here. They are traditional in ways that matter like the technique, music and language. The trainers here use positive reinforcement and notice when someone needs a little extra support. No one is left behind here. They pay attention to detail and will give you specific feedback and their testing program is great too in that there’s a sort of report card paper. Super cute and effective. We are happy with the training our child is receiving here.
