InShape West Lane manager Denise is absolutely marvelous. I have no complaints about the club I rejoined after a few years away. It is pretty much the same as I remembered and I always get a good workout in. Thank you, Denise!

So I’m an early bird so my time is usually 4:30 in the morning so I can only vouch for the early crew first we have the two workers at the front desk when I tell you they go above and beyond that what exactly they do super friendly always jumping to the people needs and moving with a sense of urgency. The gym is always clean especially the locker room the gym equipment is always clean and working properly so you can perform all your workouts tasks So my experience has been nothing but bliss and I would recommend this gym to anyone Post

In-Shape is by far the best gym I've ever trained at. It’s complete, with modern equipment, an amazing facility, and an environment that truly motivates. It’s the perfect place to achieve my goals!

While walking in, checking in was easy and simple, however the ambience was off. It’s very quiet in this gym with no background music playing in any of the workout areas or locker rooms. The floors in the locker rooms were not kept up with as they were very wet. There was absolutely no air conditioning or purified air in the locker rooms, so it was very hot and smelly. The sinks were very dirty and one was even out of order. In the changing rooms in the locker rooms, there signs of mold. I believe that this gym can definitely invest in newer ceilings as there were signs of old water leaks and the carpets look very old in the walkways. A few workout machines were out of order, which was inconvenient. There was not a good amount of sanitizing rags in the workout areas and there is no designated area for them as a rag was left on top of a trash can. I can say that the amenities in this gym seem very useful and exciting although I have not experienced them yet. This gym does have amazing sport options and activities that I look forward to joining. The pool and landscaping maintenance was kept up with very nicely, which gives this location a unique look. Overall, I believe this gym needs to improve on their sanitizing and health safety precautions.

I am beyond frustrated with in-shape! I have a corporate account that is supposed to be free. At the time of registering they rquire a credit card despite this being a "free" membership. I refused to use my credit card so my wife decided to use hers so she can utilize the free membership. After about 7 months in-shape began billing her card $80 per month. Calls to in-shape are no help. They tell us there is no number to corporate and there is nothing they can do in the local gym. They keep telling us to go to our HR department but HR has no access to in-shapes billing system. Why is it that every gym is so shady with their billing practices. I knew this would happen because it HAPPENS EVERY TIME! The woman we spoke to this . Or ing at the Bianchi location hung up on us. This is beyond unprofessional. Perhaps small claims court to recover our incorrectly billed membership fees will be a better option. Update: After jumping through hoops between In-Shape and my HR department this issue is still not resolved. All the paper work has been filed. Now I am receiving a STATEMENT for $336.94 for "Credit Card Chargeback" fees. This account is supposed to be free to me. This is not the first time this has happened. And I have a handful of coworkers that have told me the exact same thing has happened to them as well. The only reason this account was set up was because number one it was free and number two my wife and daughters wanted to use the gym. I protested because I experience this exact same thing previously. I don't trust in shape with my credit card.
